Flat Surfaces

Xtreme Clean can tackle any flat surface needing a thorough cleaning. Flat surfaces and flooring (garage, hangars, and commercial work spaces), aside from roads and highways are some of the most highly trafficked areas where skilled professionals spend their time.

These areas are constructed to take a pounding, but even the best maintained surfaces collect debris, grease, oil and other contaminants that just won’t go away. This is because of the porous nature of the concrete (most often used). Those microscopic pores invite oil and other foreign contaminants to seep in and stain your surface.

We use California certified EPA water reclaiming systems to separate oil and debris. This system recirculates the water, cutting down on costs and limiting the waste of the oil we collect during our flat surface powerwashing and cleaning.
