Siding Powerwashing

Do you own vinyl or aluminum siding? Each one has its advantages/disadvantages in ownership and cleaning procedures.

Vinyl siding doesn’t require a lot of pressure. We use a detergent to spray over the area to be cleaned, followed by a low pressure spray.

Aluminum siding is similar, but could require maintenance afterwards. Some aluminum siding will require painting after the powerwashing is done, due to the fact the mildew tends to wreak havoc and cause paint to fade.
