Brick Powerwashing

When powerwashing brick homes, we need to know how old the home is. The age of the home tells us the quality of the brick used in its construction.

Older homes, made in the 1900’s have softer brick than ones made today. Pressure can be used on both, but on the older ones, we would use lower pressure and milder cleaning products because of the softer, more porous material.
